A 30% deposit confirms the order and starts production. Pay by bank transfer and upload your proof of payment.
Follow your order to delivery
You receive a WhatsApp update at every stage, with photos and documents, until the goods arrive at your door.
Know the full cost before you commit
The factory price is only part of what you'll pay. Our quotes include freight, insurance, import duty, VAT, clearing and our fee, itemised, so there are no surprises at the border.

Verified manufacturers
We only quote from suppliers our team in China has verified. Each supplier's badge shows exactly which checks were completed, when, and how many orders they have delivered. Verification is repeated every 12 months.
Payment in stages
You pay Sofala, not the factory. We release funds to the supplier only when each stage is complete and documented. If an order is cancelled before it ships, you are refunded whatever has not yet been paid out.
From a single sofa to a full production line
We source for households, farms, builders and factories. If what you need isn't listed, send us the details and we'll tell you whether we can source it and what it will cost landed.
Larger machinery ships as a full container; smaller orders are consolidated with other buyers to reduce freight.
Things buyers usually ask us
How long does delivery take?
Most sea shipments take six to eight weeks from deposit to delivery, depending on production time at the factory. Made-to-order machinery can take longer; the quote states the expected lead time. Air freight is available for smaller, urgent items at a higher cost.
What if the goods arrive damaged or wrong?
Raise an issue from your tracking page before confirming delivery. Because the factory is paid against milestones and the goods are inspected before shipping, problems are usually caught early. Where they are not, we work with you and the supplier to resolve them.
Can I pay in my local currency?
Quotes are in US dollars. You can settle by bank transfer in USD or your local currency at the prevailing rate on the day, and your statement shows exactly what was received.
Do I need an import licence?
For most goods, no. Some categories, such as certain agricultural and electrical equipment, require a permit. Where one is needed we will tell you in the quote and help arrange it.
Can you import heavy machinery?
Yes. Tractors, construction plant and production equipment ship as full containers or break-bulk. We confirm the specification with the manufacturer, arrange inspection before loading, and quote the duty applicable to that machine.
Can I order from a supplier I found myself?
Yes. Send us the link. We will verify the supplier first, and if they do not pass we will propose a verified alternative for the same product.
